MobexHealth Behavioral Health Connect is a purpose-built tablet equipped with a video-to-video communication application to contact Behavioral Health Provider Groups. The platform can submit a call to multiple Behavioral Health agencies simultaneously, thus ensuring that prompt support is available from whoever responds first. Once the video call is answered, a Behavioral Health specialist can conduct a virtual visit to assess the individual. This enables the proper placement of individuals with mental health challenges and can help reduce congestion in the jail system while also decreasing detainee retention time.
